Carob Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

15 pitted medjool dates, soaked
1/4 cup carob powder
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup cocoa butter
DIRECTIONS:
Remove pits from dates. Add dates to small bowl and cover with warm water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to soften.
Place all ingredients in a food processor, liquid first, and process until smooth
Place between two pieces of parchment paper and refrigerate for an hour
Cut in the desired shape
