If you need an egg-free, easy to make, paleo-friendly mayo look no further! This recipe can be made in less than 5 minutes and it contains many beneficial ingredients that will promote health and wellbeing!
INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe avocado
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar*
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. olive oil ( or avocado oil)
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
*This Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made from organic apples and contains the amazing ‘Mother’ of vinegar. The ‘Mother’ consists of strands of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria.
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a food processor and run it until the mayo has a creamy consistency. You can use immersion blender also.
Taste and adjust, as needed
Store in the fridge
NOTES: Makes about 1 cup of avocado mayonnaise.
