Apple-cinnamon ice tea

INGREDIENTS

1 large jar

10 cups boiling water

1 apple, thinly sliced

1 cinnamon stick

1 rosemary sprig

to serve: ice, fresh apple slices, fresh fruits



DIRECTIONS
  1. Add sliced apple, cinnamon and rosemary to a glass bowl or a pot.

  2. Add the boiling water, stir a couple of times and cover.

  3. Let it sit about an hour, then strain, pour into a jug and refrigerate.

  4. Serve chilled, with fresh fruit.
