Refreshing Infused Water

INGREDIENTS

  • Jar or water pitcher

  • 10 cups water

  • 2 large oranges, sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1/4 large cucumber, sliced (do not peel)

  • 5-6 leaves of fresh mint

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the orange and lemon slices and cucumbers to your jar and gently mash them, using a long wooden spoon. This will help release the flavor.

  2. Gently mash the mint on a wooden cutting board and add it to the jar.

  3. Add the water. Let is chill in the fridge for a couple hours.
